Organic Green Drink Recipe
If you had the pleasure of joining us this year at the Annie Appleseed Conference, you also had the joy of tasting our fresh made Organic Green Drink ! We truly loved the time we spent with each person who came and visited our booth. Your stories made us cry, laugh and gave us inspiration! It is our hope that this recipe becomes a staple for you to enjoy as you continue your health journey!
Organic Green Drink 2018 Recipe from the Annie Appleseed Project conference:
1 Bunch Kale
½ bundle of Cilantro (or can substitute Mint on occasion, for a slight variation)
1 Long Cucumber, or 2 medium
2 Whole Lemons, washed
1 Green Apple for beginners, or ½ only if you’re more used to fresh juicing
½ Bunch Celery, leaves and all
1 inch piece of Ginger – juice this last
To juice this easily, divide the cilantro into a few smaller bundles and “stuff” them between 2 larger Kale leaves before pushing into the chute to be juiced. This will help your herbs get juiced, instead of flying out like sawdust! Continue till all the cilantro and kale “packages” are gone. Alternate then with all the ingredients, saving the ginger for last, till all gone.
Drink Fresh and drink it till all gone to kick start your metabolism and this raw juice can tide you over till lunchtime.

Ginger: Used as a common herbal remedy for upset stomach and nausea, yet can serve as an appetite stimulant. Mostly known for profound antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, said to protect against cancer.
